A seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and capital markets, Solomon Li has held executive leadership roles including CEO and CFO of a NASDAQ-listed company. He has successfully led financial strategy, fundraising initiatives, and IPO processes, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate complex financial environments while ensuring regulatory compliance and long-term value creation. His leadership experience reflects a strong focus on supporting business growth, particularly for small and mid-sized enterprises accessing U.S. capital markets.

Earlier in his career, Solomon built a solid foundation in investment banking and private banking. He played an active role in multiple IPO and pre-IPO transactions, supporting small to middle market companies through capital formation, financial advisory, and deal execution, while also contributing to deal sourcing and investor engagement. Prior to that, at J.P. Morgan, he managed high-net-worth client relationships and delivered tailored investment and lending solutions.

A highly accomplished finance professional with over 30 years of enterprise management experience, Ms. Wang combines strategic investment acumen with a deep commitment to global impact. As a United Nations Charity Ambassador, she leverages her expertise to bridge the worlds of high-level finance and humanitarian initiatives, actively advising on cross-sector partnerships that direct capital toward sustainable development goals, poverty alleviation, and education programs in underserved regions.

Currently serving as a family trust fund manager, she specializes in long-term wealth preservation, asset allocation, and legacy planning for multi-generational portfolios. In this capacity, she has successfully navigated complex market cycles, integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria into investment frameworks without compromising returns. Her holistic approach ensures that family legacies are not only protected against volatility but also aligned with philanthropic values, creating a seamless transition from wealth management to meaningful social impact.

Andrew Hanna

Vice President

Andrew Hanna specializes in the development of affordable housing communities utilizing Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), tax-exempt bond financing, and public-private partnerships. Mr. Hanna has developed over 1,500 low-income housing units valued at $185 million in tax credits, while his management team has collectively developed over 3,400 units across California valued at more than $397 million. Hanna has also managed over $500 million in equity investments for institutional partners, including Bank of America and AIG.

Drawing on this deep transactional and compliance expertise, he also advises publicly listed real estate investment trusts (REITs), development corporations, and financial institutions on optimizing their affordable housing investment strategies within the framework of SEC reporting, corporate governance, and shareholder value creation. His ability to navigate the intersection of public incentives and capital market requirements makes him a valuable resource for listed companies seeking to expand into socially responsible infrastructure and housing assets while maintaining rigorous regulatory alignment.

Lily Dai

Strategic Partner

18+ years of progressive experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, and financial services. Since 2023, she has served as Principal of Consulting Services and Interim CFO/ Interim VP Controller for multiple clients, delivering high-impact accounting advisory, financial reporting, and internal control solutions, with a strong focus on capital markets readiness, including IPOs, Uplistings, and de-SPAC transactions. She has played a key leadership role in financial preparation efforts supporting successful Nasdaq listings and Uplistings.

Prior to consulting, she accumulated approximately eight years of senior leadership experience at large public companies, where she led technical accounting, SEC reporting, and global consolidation functions. Earlier in her career, she spent over seven years in public accounting at Pricewaterhouse in Los Angeles and a regional CPA firm in California, where she supervised and executed audit engagements for clients across a wide range of industries.

Mia Yu

General Counsel

Ms. Yu brings over two decades of legal expertise to the team, holding active licenses to practice law in China (20+ years) and California (13+ years). As a seasoned securities attorney, she provides strategic leadership in navigating complex cross-border regulatory frameworks. Her unique dual-jurisdiction perspective enables her to bridge common law and civil law systems, facilitating seamless execution of public offerings, private placements, and ongoing compliance for listed entities.

Throughout her career, Ms. Yu has advised corporate clients on SEC registration, reporting obligations, insider trading policies, and enforcement defense. She has also guided numerous China-based companies through U.S. capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPAC mergers, and follow-on offerings. Beyond transactional work, she counsels boards and senior management on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, etc.

Dr. David Berz

Dr. Berz is a triple board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology, specializing in immunotherapy for lung and brain cancers. As an expert in this advanced field, he has published numerous oncology research papers and clinical articles in leading medical journals across the United States and Europe. In addition to his academic contributions, Dr. Berz actively leads many of the latest cancer studies and experimental trials, helping to shape the future of immunotherapy and bring innovative treatments to patients.

Dr. Feldmar is a world-renowned plastic and reconstructive surgeon, double board-certified by the American Board of General Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He previously served as Chief Resident at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
